3rd Integrative Conference on Technology, Social Media, and Behavioral Health
November 3, 2017
The Center for Behavioral Health and Smart Technology held it’s 3rd Integrative Conference on Technology, Social Media, and Behavioral Health in conjunction with the Katz Graduate School of Business and the School of Computing and Information at the University Club on November 3, 2017. With over 230 registered attendees, this conference was our biggest and best yet!
In addition to a variety of presenters from Pitt and Carnegie Mellon University, our keynote speakers were Dr. David Mohr, Director of the Center for Behavioral Intervention Technologies at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, and Jesse Schell, CEO of Schell Games and Distinguished Professor of the Practice of Entertainment Technology at Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center.
Our Center’s Julia Holber sat down with our keynote speakers to hear more about their work.
The Final Round winners of the School of Computing and Information’s Games4Health Jam also presented their projects and received awards from the University of Pittsburgh’s Innovation Institute, and the day concluded with a combined Networking Reception and demonstration of innovative health technology software.
Thank you for joining us for a stimulating day of learning and networking over good food and exciting presentations!
